In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jiliev," "we," "us," "our" — refers to jiliev Casino and the operator of the platform accessible at jiliev.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the jiliev platform.
• "Platform" — means the jiliev website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and all related tools accessible at jiliev.cam.
• "Account" — means the registered player account created on the jiliev Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — means funds deposited by the player using Philippine Peso (PHP), available for wagering and withdrawal after meeting any applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" — means promotional credits credited to a player account subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" — means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Player" — means any person who is under 21 years of age, a self-excluded player, or otherwise ineligible to participate in real-money gaming on the jiliev Platform.

By registering an account with jiliev, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as required by PAGCOR regulations for online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You are accessing the jiliev Platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming is lawful.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a jiliev employee or associated gaming provider.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from jiliev or had an account terminated for cause.
6. You will register only one account and will not attempt to open additional accounts under any other name, email address, mobile number, or identity.
7. All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA), jiliev is required to verify the identity of all players before enabling real-money gameplay and before processing withdrawal requests.

You agree to provide jiliev with the following documentation upon request:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, or Voter's ID).
• A selfie or live photo for facial verification purposes.
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing matching registered name).
• Proof of source of funds where required for high-value transactions, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.

jiliev reserves the right to suspend account activity, including deposits and withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliev login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your jiliev login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• jiliev staff will never request your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to jiliev support immediately.
• You agree to notify jiliev immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jiliev is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jiliev account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except where jiliev is found to have acted negligently.

All transactions on the jiliev Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliev accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco De Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jiliev account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• jiliev does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• jiliev reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified in compliance with AMLA requirements.
• Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than gameplay on the jiliev Platform.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same verified name as your jiliev account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
• jiliev does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts up to ₱50,000 per transaction. Fees may apply to larger amounts — players will be notified in advance.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• jiliev reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with AMLA.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, an active dispute, or a pending KYC review.

jiliev offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the conditions specified for each promotion, including account verification status, deposit amounts, and applicable opt-in requirements.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
3. Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
4. Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
5. Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
6. Amendments: jiliev reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where practicable.

All games available on the jiliev Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across the jiliev Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action, system, or strategy.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual session outcomes may deviate significantly from published RTP figures.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during an active game round, jiliev's recorded game history shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Disputed results will be reviewed by jiliev's technical team.
• jiliev is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures on the player's device, internet connection issues, or power interruptions on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by game type. These limits are displayed within each game prior to play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliev Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering under a false identity, age, or using another person's personal information without their explicit consent.
• Opening or operating more than one jiliev account at any time.
• Using the jiliev Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in violation of Philippine AMLA and applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are null and void.
• Colluding with other players or using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosing this to jiliev.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming value from deposited funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiliev staff or other players via any communication channel.

jiliev is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Philippine players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

jiliev provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every player's account dashboard, at no cost, and with immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per period, beyond which jiliev will decline further real-money gameplay.
• Session Time Controls: Configurable session duration limits with mandatory logout upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Optional on-screen reminders at 30-minute intervals displaying time elapsed and session losses.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours up to 6 weeks, during which no real-money gameplay or deposits are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) self-exclusion from jiliev. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account is a violation of these Terms.

jiliev reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a valid instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or financial crime.
• A player's voluntary request for account closure.

Upon termination for cause, jiliev may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause in all cases.

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jiliev support. Real-money balances will be returned following standard withdrawal procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliev's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the player's jiliev account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jiliev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the jiliev Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond jiliev's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any economic loss not directly caused by jiliev's proven negligence.
• Player decisions to gamble on the jiliev Platform, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol, medication, or emotional distress.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security as required under Section 4.
• Errors in publicly displayed odds, game RTP, or bonus terms caused by typographical mistakes, where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jiliev's liability for death, personal injury caused by jiliev's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

All content on the jiliev Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliev or its licensed game providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliev Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any jiliev content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jiliev software.
• Use jiliev trademarks, logos, or brand materials in any manner that is not expressly authorised by jiliev in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173), and PAGCOR's applicable regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jiliev, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jiliev's internal complaint process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. jiliev will respond within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel or seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter.

jiliev reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliev will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect 14 days after notification unless the change is required by PAGCOR regulation or Philippine law, in which case the change will take immediate effect. Your continued use of the jiliev Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date. Unused real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Section 11.
